These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Toplinevaults website, applications, cloud synchronization, and collaboration features.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using Toplinevaults, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use Toplinevaults for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for it.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your sign-in credentials and devices, and activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You may not impersonate another person or transfer an account without permission.
3. Local storage, cloud storage, and synchronization
Toplinevaults may let you keep content locally, save it to the cloud, or use both. You are responsible for choosing the appropriate storage option and maintaining additional backups of important work. Network, device, operating-system, storage-limit, or third-party-service issues can delay or prevent synchronization. A cloud indicator describes the app’s current known state and is not a guarantee against every form of data loss.
4. Your content
You retain any ownership rights you hold in the recordings, audio, lyrics, notes, artwork, and other content you add. Uploading content does not transfer ownership to Toplinevaults or give you ownership of material created by someone else.
When you upload, synchronize, or share content, you confirm that you own it or have the rights, licences, consents, and permissions needed for those actions and for the limited licence below. This includes rights in beats, samples, musical compositions, sound recordings, performances, artwork, and any personal information included in the content. You must comply with the scope and restrictions of any third-party licence, including any limits on editing, distribution, commercial use, territory, or duration.
You give Toplinevaults a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, copy, transmit, process, and display that content only as needed to provide the features you use, operate and secure the service, synchronize and back up your work, and make it available to people you authorize through invitations or sharing settings. This includes service providers acting for us to carry out those tasks. This licence does not authorize us to sell your content or use it in advertising or to train general-purpose AI models without separate permission.
You can stop future sharing through the available access and link controls, or remove content from the service. The licence ends when the content is deleted from our active systems, subject to reasonable backup and legal-retention periods. Removing content or access cannot recall copies already obtained by authorized recipients. How we handle content and personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
5. Collaboration
Project owners can invite other users and assign access. Collaborators may be able to view, download, add, edit, or remove project content depending on their role. You are responsible for whom you invite and for reviewing permissions. Actions taken by authorized collaborators may affect every synchronized copy of a project. If you enable access for anyone with a link, that link can be forwarded beyond the people you originally send it to.
A viewing or editing role controls access to app features; it does not transfer copyright, settle songwriting or recording ownership, or grant permission for release, resale, or other uses outside the access you authorize. Agree separately with collaborators on ownership, credits, royalties, and permission to distribute or commercially use their contributions. You must not grant access that exceeds the rights you hold.
6. Your responsibilities
You must have all rights, licences, consents, and permissions needed for content you upload or share. Accepting these Terms, importing a file, or selecting a sharing permission does not obtain missing rights from a copyright owner. A purchase or download does not by itself establish that every use of the content is permitted.
You may not use Toplinevaults to infringe rights, distribute malware, gain unauthorized access, harass or threaten others, disclose personal information without authority, distribute unlawful or sexually exploitative content, violate law, or disrupt the service. Keep shared content appropriate for its recipients. We may restrict content or access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or legal rights.
7. Copyright and content complaints
If you believe content available through Toplinevaults infringes your rights, violates your privacy, or is abusive or unlawful, contact toplinevaults@gmail.com. For a copyright report, include:
- Your contact details and whether you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them.
- A description of the original work and the rights you believe are infringed.
- The Toplinevaults link, project or recording identifiers, or other details that let us locate the reported content.
- An explanation of the alleged infringement and any relevant evidence of your rights or authority.
We review reports and may request additional information, contact the relevant user, restrict a sharing link, remove content, or suspend access as appropriate. Repeated or serious violations may result in account termination. If you believe a restriction was made in error, contact us with the relevant details and evidence of permission. We handle report information as described in our Privacy Policy. This reporting process does not replace any rights or procedures available under applicable law.
8. Beta features and service availability
Some features may be labeled beta, preview, or early access and may change or be discontinued. We aim to provide a reliable service, but availability, synchronization, and compatibility are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, Toplinevaults is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Third-party services
Toplinevaults relies on third-party services for functions such as authentication, infrastructure, storage, analytics, and mailing-list delivery. Your use of those services may also be governed by their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
10. Suspension, termination, and deletion
You may stop using Toplinevaults at any time and may request account deletion by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, unlawful activity, security risk, or harm to the service or its users. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to export cloud content before permanent account closure.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Toplinevaults will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, opportunities, or data arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as Toplinevaults changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms. Applicable law governs these Terms. Questions can be sent to toplinevaults@gmail.com.
