Common questions

Do I need headphones?

Not for your first take. For layers, headphones keep the loop out of the mic so every take stays clean. Wired and Bluetooth both work.

Do I need headphones for Harmony?

They help. With headphones you hear a metronome and the parts you already recorded. Without them, follow the silent beat guide on screen. Read the guide

How do I send my harmony stems to a producer?

Tap Next, turn on Stems, then tap Export. You get WAV stems lined up with each other. Stems are part of Member. Read the guide

The app can't hear me. What do I check?

Open the iPhone Settings app, tap Toplinevaults, and turn on Microphone. Then close and reopen the app.

Is my music private?

Yes. Every song starts Private: only you can hear it. Nothing is shared until you choose Invite Only or Public. Read the guide

What happens if I stop paying or run out of space?

You keep everything. Synced songs stay reachable, and new takes keep saving on your phone. Only new uploads pause. Read the guide

How do I cancel Member?

Go to your profile picture, then Your Account, then Plan & storage, then Cancel Subscription. Read the guide

Does it work on iPad?

Yes. Sign in with the same account and your libraries sync across your iPhone and iPad.

I'm a beta tester. Where do I report a bug?
