Stack harmonies, ad-libs and doubles

Record new takes on top of your loop. Each one is counted in so it lands right on the beat.

How to

  1. With your loop playing in the Studio, tap record again.
  2. You get a count-in, then the loop plays while you record the new layer.
  3. Tap ⋮ on a take to rename it, record it again, or open Mix for its level and pan.
  4. Scroll the take list to see every layer. The highlighted take is the one you are working on.

Good to know

  • Free accounts can stack 8 takes per loop. Member raises it to 10.
  • Use Parts (Part A, B…) at the top of the Studio to sketch a verse and a chorus in the same song.
