Start a harmony

Sing every part of a harmony yourself. Pick how many parts, set the length and tempo, then record your lead.

How to

  1. On Home, tap Harmony at the top, then tap + New harmony.
  2. Under How many parts?, pick how many tiles you want. Each part gets its own tile, and you can add more later.
  3. Choose 4, 8 or 16 bars, or Free form. In Free form, your lead sets the length when you press Stop (up to 10 minutes).
  4. Set the tempo with − and +. Tap the BPM to hear it before you start.
  5. Tap Start with your lead.

Good to know

  • Free accounts can record 4 parts in a harmony. Member raises it to 12.
  • Parts are named in order: Lead, Low harmony, Mid harmony, High harmony, Octave and Ad-libs. You can rename any of them.
  • Harmony records video too. Prop your phone up at eye level so every tile is framed the same way.
